What color should this serum be?
Our Vitamin C + AHA Serum in an opaque milky color with a thicker consistency than our Vitamin C Facial Serum.
What is the AHA used in this serum?
The AHA in our Vitamin C + AHA Serum is glycolic acid.
What is the percentage concentration of the vitamin C?
thank you for reaching out to us! We do not disclose the individual percentages of any ingredients, as our proprietary formulations are what set us apart from imitators. Many of our competitors also play gimmicks with the percentages, such as giving the percentage of a blend that contains an active ingredient (rather than the percentage of the ingredient itself), something we cannot match while being honest about the actual percentage of ingredients.
Instead of joining in the gimmickry, we have chosen to instead offer a 30 day return policy on all of our products so that our customers can try our products and see the results for themselves. We encourage you to give them a try, we're sure that you'll love the results!
There is a certain age to use this product?
Our products are excellent for people of all ages!
I have been using the vitamin C serum and hyaluronic acid in the mornings. I am about to get more and see the Vitamin C + AHA. May i use that instead of the Vitamin C serum together with the hyaluronic acid?
Definitely! Both of our Vitamin C serums work excellently with the Hyaluronic Acid Serum.
Does this contain essential oils?
Hi, yes, the product contains an essential oil - grapefruit peel oil.
Is this safe to use everyday mornign ans night with sensitive skin since it has glycolic acid in it. Does that regular vitamin c serum have to defoliant properties as well. Which serum is better for acne prone skin that is looking to gain a more youthful appearance?
Hi, the Vitamin C + AHA serum is safe for all skin types, while the regular Vitamin C serum takes some building up for sensitive skin. Both can be used morning and evening. I would recommend the AHA serum for more youthful skin, since AHAs help hydrate the skin and may also help with acne. For exfoliating, it is recommended to use a specialised exfoliant product rather than a serum.
Since I have a salicylic acid serum in my routine, I would like to know how harsh and how high the concentration of AHA is in this product, please. Would it be too harsh to use them both at the same time or within a similar time frame?
We do not disclose the individual percentages of any ingredients, firstly because our proprietary formulations are what set us apart from imitators, but secondly and more importantly because many of our competitors play gimmicks with the percentages, such as giving the percentage of a blend that contains an active ingredient (rather than the percentage of the ingredient itself), something we cannot match while being honest about the actual percentage of ingredients.
Normally, AHAs and BHAs such as salicylic acid work well together, but since they are both exfoliants, we suggest that you do a spot test on your skin with both of them to see how they work for you.
We offer a 30 day return policy on all of our products so that our customers can try our products and see the results for themselves. We're sure you'll continue to love the results, but if you're ever unsatisfied for any reason, we're happy to make things right!
Should the eye area be avoided when using this product and your Vitamin C Serum?
Our serums can be used in the general eye area, taking care not to come into direct contact with the eye.
How much percent of glycolic acid does the serum contains?
As our proprietary formulations are what set us apart from our competitors, and because of the endless gimmicks involving ingredient percentages, we do not disclose the concentration of any individual ingredients, and have instead opted to provide a 30 day return policy on all of our products so you can try them for yourself worry-free.
Is there any reason I shouldn’t mix your 2 Vitamin C serums (the C +the C&AHA)? My thinking is, 1st, to be able to control the concentration of AHA (build tolerance gradually, or maybe opt for just the C serum on days when my skin is in sensitive mode), and, 2nd, to get benefits of multiple forms of C. (Is that a thing?) Would anything is the 2 serums not work together? Thoughts?
These two serums could definitely be mixed together!
what is diference . Vitamin C facial serum v/s Vitamin C + AHA Facial Serum?
Our Vitamin C + AHA Facial Serum includes alpha-hydroxy acids to help the serum exfoliate, promote collagen production, and combat wrinkles and fine lines.

Can I use this product with dermaPen or derma roller
Many customers do use our serums in conjunction with a DermaPen or Derma Roller. We always recommend using the serum on it's own for at least a week before combining with a needling system to make sure there is no sensitivity.
Can I use it under my eyes?
Yes. All OZNaturals serums can be used in the eye area, taking care not to make contact with the eye itself.
Where is expiry date for vit c serum??

If I am using your retinol would you suggest this to be use in the day or in the night?
If you are using both the Pro-Retaxinol Serum and the Vitamin C + AHA serum, we recommend using the Vitamin C serum in the morning and the retinol serum at night.
What’s the difference between the vitamin c serum and the vitamin c with AHA serum?
Both of our Vitamin C serums offer robust antioxidant protection and address a wide variety of skin concerns. The Vitamin C serum helps protects skin from free radical damage, helps with cell turnover, gives skin better tone, helps with discoloration of skin, and gives a brighter appearance to the skin. It is ideal for all skin types. The Vitamin C + AHA serum supercharges this formulation with the addition of alpha hydroxy acids which increases exfoliation. It is ideal for sun-damaged skin and is tolerated by most skin types. Sensitive skin types or those who do not tolerate glycolic acid should start slowly and build up to daily usage.
