We strive to provide you the cleanest, most natural and highly effective natural skin care products on the market. We provide for a 30-day money back guarantee, during which time you can return your product for full credit of your product purchase price.
Please note – for International Customers – Duties and Tariffs may not be refundable.
We currently ship to customers within the United States and its territories via UPS. Standard shipments are delivered using UPS Mail Innovations – a joint venture with the USPS. Your packages will be delivered by your local postal carrier. We charge $4 shipping and handling for orders under $35 and free standard shipping for orders over $35.
Additionally, we offer expedited shipping for domestic shipping using other UPS services including UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day, UPS Ground and UPS 3 Day Select. Freight charges in these cases will be a pass through of our rate plus charges for residential or other accessorial charges.
Our product is shipped from our Atlanta based warehouse. Transit times are based on UPS transit maps.
We currently ship to a number of countries outside the US through a consolidation program. When you order the product and complete your address you will be given the estimated duties and tariffs associated with the order. At the time of check out your credit card will be authorized for the full amount of the product, freight, duties and tariffs. Once the product is ready for shipment your credit card will be charged. Your product will be shipped to your country via our carrier and once in your county be delivered via your local carrier system.
The countries which can currently purchase product from our site include:

- New Zealand
- Saudi Arabia
- United Kingdom
Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes and discounts are for one-time, individual use only and may not be applied on orders over 5 items.
Our website is intended for consumer orders of product generally less than 5 units per item. If you are placing an order for more than 10 units per item or if your order is over $200 your order will be submitted to our Order Processing team for review. We will want to verify your planned use for the product, verify payment information and discuss timing of shipping with you. Should you have any questions please contact us at email@example.com to request information on shipping and our resale policy.
International orders over $300 may require an alternate form of payment. If our credit card processor has concerns over potential risk of fraud, an OZNaturals team member will contact you to discuss other payment options. All orders over $2,000 require payment via wire transfer, unless previously approved. Please contact us at sales@oznaturals to make payment arrangements.
We do not offer wholesale or quantity discounts.
Depending upon the size of the order, your shipment may be subject to additional handling charges if it is not able to go through our consolidation program. This process may delay your orders shipment since the warehouse is set up for smaller consumer shipments.
Bulk orders are shipped with no return privileges. We reserve the right to not accept bulk orders.
